Grow2Grab reserves the right to modify course content to reflect updates in the field. Certificates are issued upon successful completion of the program requirements.

6. Payment & Refunds

Payment terms for services and training programs are specified in individual agreements or invoices. Refund eligibility for training programs is communicated at the time of enrollment. For project-based services, milestone-based payment schedules are agreed upon in writing before work begins.

7. Limitation of Liability

Grow2Grab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

8. Confidentiality

We treat all client project information as confidential. We sign NDAs before project kickoff upon request. Client names and project details are not disclosed without explicit written permission.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jalandhar, Punjab, India.
