The Idea
What an agentic system adds to an LLM
A language model answers. An agent decides what to do next, calls tools, remembers where it is and knows when to stop and ask a person. The course teaches each layer as something you build.
Reasoning
The LLM interprets the goal and chooses the next step.
Tools and APIs
Agents act through functions, services and automations, not just text.
State and memory
Workflows track progress so multi-step tasks survive interruptions.
Coordination
Several specialised agents share work, with people approving risky steps.
Chatbot versus agent
Curriculum
Five modules, 50 lessons
Each module builds on the one before. Orchestration comes after you have used the individual frameworks, and the capstone comes last.
CrewAI and LangGraph
12 lessonsRole-based agent crews and graph-based, stateful agent workflows.
n8n, Zapier and Make.com automation
12 lessonsConnect AI steps to everyday apps and triggers without writing every integration by hand.
Voice agents with Deepgram and Twilio
12 lessonsSpeech-to-text and telephony pipelines for real-time conversational agents.
Multi-agent orchestration
8 lessonsCoordinating several agents, dividing responsibilities and combining Module 1 to 3 skills.
Capstone: autonomous agent system
6 lessonsDesign and build a complete agent system that demonstrates the programme end to end.

Questions
Before you enquire
▼ How is an AI agent different from a chatbot?
A chatbot replies to each message. An agent pursues a goal across several steps, calls tools, keeps track of state and can pause for human approval.
▼ How is Agentic AI different from Generative AI?
Generative AI produces content. Agentic AI uses that ability to plan and take actions through tools and workflows.
▼ What do I need to know first?
Basic Python and some experience with LLM APIs are recommended. The programme is rated Intermediate.
▼ Which tools are taught?
CrewAI, LangGraph, n8n, Zapier, Make.com, Deepgram and Twilio.
▼ How long is it and how is it delivered?
Eight weeks with 50 lessons, using live mentor sessions plus recordings.
▼ Is it practical?
Yes. Each module is project-based and the programme ends with a capstone agent system.
▼ What does it cost?
Fees are shared by the counsellor when you enquire, so you get current information.
▼ Will I get a certificate?
A certificate and a LinkedIn badge are listed with the programme. Ask the counsellor about completion requirements.
